First Swing Program
First Swings Program – The perfect introduction to golf for Calgary’s youngest players.
Our First Swings program is designed for kids aged 6–14 who are brand new to golf or just getting started. With a focus on fun, fundamentals, and building confidence
8-week program that runs once a week in a small group setting or 1 on 1 setting.
Focus: develop the basics of grip, stance, swing, putting, and golf etiquette all in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Each participant will receive:
• 8 weeks of coaching
• A Chinook Jr. Golf shirt
• Optional club rentals for just $10 (for the full session)
Program Fee: $249.99 per golfer

Swing Forward Program
Swing Forward is designed for junior golfers aged 8–15 who are ready to take the next step in their golf journey. Whether your child has completed our First Swings program or is already familiar with the basics,
This 8-week program focuses on skill development, game awareness, and real-world play.
Golfers will train for a total of 12 sessions in either group or individual coaching sessions, working on swing mechanics, short game, and course strategy.
Every month, participants will play a 9 or 18 hole round of golf, applying what they’ve learned in a fun and supportive environment.
What’s Included:
• 8 weeks of coaching (16 sessions total)
• 2 rounds of golf at local courses
• Chinook Jr. Golf shirt
• Club rentals available for $10 (if needed)
Program Fee: $369.99 per golfer
This is the ideal program for families looking for junior golf lessons in Calgary that go beyond the driving range offering structured instruction, on-course play, and skill progression in a welcoming setting.
Chinook Elite Program
The Chinook Elite Program is designed for junior golfers who are ready to train with purpose, compete with confidence, and push their game to the next level.
This 8-week high-performance program offers advanced coaching in a structured, competitive environment tailored for athletes preparing for tournaments, recruitment, or simply serious skill development.
Golfers will train three times per week in small group or one-on-one settings, with focused sessions on swing mechanics, short game mastery, course management, and mental performance.
Each week includes a 9 or 18-hole round of golf to apply training in real-world conditions, along with e-learning modules and video analysis to deepen understanding between sessions.
Participants also receive:
• A Chinook Jr. Golf shirt
• Recruitment guidance and showcase prep opportunities
Program Fee: $499.99 per golfer
